Edward Kettley Jr. is the director of Fox Valley Academy of Real Estate and is also a managing real estate broker for Kettley & Company Realtors Inc. Ed began his career in Real Estate in 1996. He began teaching real estate courses in 2007 and has taught classes for various organizations over the years.
*All of our courses are approved and licensed by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR).

A gradute of the Indiana University school of English and Education, Kathi Garton has 33 years of experience teaching high school reading/learning skills classes and adult education/staff developement classes. She entered the real estate profession in 2017, and has translated her public education experience to the developement and instruction of continuing education and pre-license real estate classes.

We want you to succeed! Our curriculum covers everything you need in order to pass the State exam! We offer a small classroom environment and our instructor tailors each class to his student's individual needs! We are also able to offer one on one help if needed and because our instructor is also a managing Real Estate broker, he is able to draw upon real experiences and correlate them to the curriculum.

While the interactive classes are mandatory, the first 10 classes are optional. Of course it is strongly recommended to attend as many as possible. The instructor applies the material to real-life situations to help students understand the course. Our classes are designed to make you succeed!

Our instructor, Ed Kettley Jr. has been teaching pre-license students since 2007. But prior to that he was mentoring new and experienced agents within Kettley Realtors. It was a natural next step to become a licensed instructor for real estate courses. He is an expert in his field, with over 20 years of experience! Plus Kettley Realtors has proudly been serving clients since 1982.
